You can submit your order request through the form below.

Payment is due once the order is completed, prior to shipment. Payments must be made via PayPal or Shopify - an invoice will be sent when the order is ready to ship. Buyer will cover any shipping costs and has the opportunity to puchase insurance as well. If you would like to purchase insurance please note that at the time of ordering.

Minimums:

First wholesale orders must meet a minimum of $195 (10 Kits). Any wholesale order thereafter must meet a minimum of $95 (5 Kits).

Turnaround time:

Orders will be completed in 10 business days or less from the time of ordering and shipped within 1 business day of receiving payment.
